shirt addict

I have been wearing shirts that I thought it would only be me wearing it. I prefer to have shirts with expressions and uniqueness. I don’t care where I bought it or how it will be perceived by people around me but as long as I thought the shirt is comfortable and clean, then I’ll wear it. I’ve been a fan of shirt companies here in Pinas that emerge towards the clothing industry. They have been a good business and has identify people’s needs in fashion and porma. So far, there has been a wide variety of designs and expressions applied on shirts. It can be an icon, spoofs, words, patriotism, events, culture and whatever you have thought that can’t be possible before to put on a shirt will now surely be possible. The colors and designs has been great and you can always have that great choice and pick the best that you can wear. As what one of the the clothing company say: An individual has the power to take charge and fulfill his own destiny. Trials and tribulations are all in the mind. Overthrow and overcome, with a tried and tested vision every movement can contribute to trigger significant changes. Individually, we may not be offering much help; but as a group, we are catalyst of self-revolution. A single spark can burst into flame, one scream can inspire a million voices. Take in what’s relevant, steer away from the obsolete, arise from the ashes of the past failure and live the life the way you please. From weakness comes strenght, from dreams to reality. Push the envelope further. Strenghten yourself and be at your best element. Reinvent the public! - REPUBLIC.

a new tattoo

Weeks before my birthday, I’ve been thinking of having a tattoo. I searched for designs and colors, articles and ideas about tattoos and I have been so excited man. I thought that it was cool and in some way personal in terms of the tattoo that I will be putting on my body. It should symbolize or mean something in my life. It could be the name of my papa and ma combined in ambigram or a big red lion head or my birth date written in roman numerals or a combination of these whole ideas man. Well, I just thought…

9 Words Women Say

  1. Fine:   This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

  2. Five Minutes:   If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

  3. Nothing:   This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

  4. Go Ahead:   This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

  5. Loud Sigh:   This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing.   (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

  6. That’s Okay:   This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

  7. Thanks:   A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add in a clause here – This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’ – that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all.  DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’ … that will bring on a ‘whatever’).

  8. Whatever:   Is a women’s way of saying Forget YOU!

  9. Don’t worry about it, I got it:   Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking ‘What’s wrong?’ For the woman’s response refer to # 3.

Death Note

A Shinigami’s Death Note is a notebook with the power to kill the human whose name is written in it. All Death Notes are governed by the same set of rules determining the extents and limitations of the Notes’ powers. There are five basic rules on the note that are needed to follow once the human find or hand the note.

  • The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
  • This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject’s face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
  • If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject’s name, it will happen.
  • If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.
  • After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

I spent my weekend watching this anime and in some ways it opens the idea that Humans will all eventually die and never come back to life, so let’s give it our all while we’re alive.” I enjoy the plot twists and pshychological warfare which is evident I guess right from the very start or first chapter of the anime. It will give you the notion of solving each character’s idea and motives on their part of the Death Note as each chapter comes along. It may be sic or somehow evil to think of all the deeds and act of each character having the power of death and judgment of a person’s life but I guess it simply entertains me. The scenes drag me to finish the whole movie in one sitting and eventually know the end. The concept may be simple to think that, I will write on this black notebook all the people that I would like to die…, but to add the idea that upon doing it, the note serves to be more than a usual note. It has the power that can control the world and be the outmost guide of everyone.  The main character, Light or Kira became the god of his world, a god of death upon seeing or thinking that his current world is simply boring and rotten. He may be an opportunist but he got the power from the very start and from that time on, he became god. He can apply judgment to everyone and manipulate each one’s life and hand down death. It is indeed evil. Evil may not be the usual thought but it’s a good one.

You should try to watch it… And see for yourself the real Death Note
