I’m excited… I dunno if it’s because of our Bora or because we’re turning 3 years tomorrow.

The 3rd year has been quoted as “terrible 3″, but you know what, I’m positive we are going to break the spell! (A lot of couples have survived, why we can’t?!) We have undergone so much trial this year. We have encountered difficult and different problems… argued and cried…

Dear I know these helped us a lot, molded us to be better individuals. I call it more mature and open-minded. We are not perfect, we have our own flaws, but despite of these weaknesses, we have managed to shape each other’s character into an ideal one. That’s what I am proud of our relationship, we know how to humble ourselves and accept our and each own mistakes…

Mara Reyes

She’s astig man, she got that deviant/ progressive/ alternative style which I thought is the reason she won that avant-garde challenge. Too bad she lost on that last Terno challenge, which am I thought not really her forte… People thought that she doesn’t really have that confident to win and her skills are not really good but I guess that will just push or motivate a person up, to excel more. I just wonder, what would be her next project – shirt designs and stuff? Or more Mara Reyes on tv? Yeba! Check her stuff: swatheclothing.multiply.com

Project Runway Philippine Challenger

Mara Reyes is a 21 year old designer from Pasig City. She is a fine arts student and visual artist and now works as a costume designer. She previously worked with Ava Paguyo so the two have already known each other for some time before the competition. The 21 year old Mara Reyes got the boot out in the 11th episode of Project Runway Philippines. Mara Reyes Project Runway Philippines career came to an end in the Terno Design Challenge. Three designers are left; one of them would be the winner.

Keeping your commitments…

Read when you have time: Just some good stuff:

• Always do what you say will you when you promise to do it.
• Don’t make a commitment you may not be able to keep. Think about the amount of time you need to resolve a problem and make your commitment accordingly.
• Customers would rather have you commit to a realistic time frame than one that sounds good but is unrealistic.
• If you make a commitment that you can’t meet, call your customer and explain the delay. Most are understanding as long as you are honest with them.
• When making commitments, try to avoid words like “as soon as possible” or “right away”. These time frames may mean one thing to you but something different to the customer.
• Try to give a definite time commitment for your answer to a question or problem. Customers appreciate hearing a definite time and day rather than “I’ll call you back when I have an answer.

I have been in Customer Service before and it has been fulfilling to hear your customer’s appreciation on all of the works you have done.

I’m just thinking, if only this is just being followed on relationships as well… there would have been no questions between LOVE and COMMITMENT…
